18 April – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – Linklaters has invited 32 new partners to join the partnership throughout its offices worldwide. Of these, 19 (60 per cent) are based outside London and seven (22 per cent) are female. The elections in particular strengthen the banking, capital markets, corporate, projects, real estate and tax practice areas.

With the new appointments, which become effective from 1 May 2005, the partnership will number approximately 500.
