Prior to his tenure there, Heather was an assistant U.S. Attorney with the Criminal Division of the Central District of Los Angeles.
Heather counsels clients in a variety of complex civil and white collar criminal cases ranging from government contracts and securities fraud to environmental regulation, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, copyright, products liability, and antitrust and corporate matters.
