NEW YORK CITY and LOS ANGELES, March 1, 2007 — LAWFUEL – Law Firm News, Law Jobs – Expansion continues for Winston & Strawn LLP, which announced today that four litigators have joined its New York and Los Angeles offices. Jeffrey P. Rosenstein, Robert J. Saville and Kenneth D. O’Reilly have joined its New York office, and Rebecca L. Calkins joins the firm’s Los Angeles office. Rosenstein joins as a partner, Saville joins as of counsel, and O’Reilly and Calkins join as associates. All were previously with Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. The group follows eight other attorneys, including prominent litigator Michael Elkin, who joined Winston & Strawn in February.

Rosenstein focuses his practice on construction, infrastructure, and engineering matters including contract negotiations and drafting, counseling during construction and dispute resolution related to construction projects. He has represented owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, general contractors and trade contractors in connection with domestic and international projects.

Rosenstein received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Colgate University and his juris doctor from George Washington University Law School.

Saville focuses his practice on a range of commercial litigation and arbitration matters involving contract, securities and environmental law and has handled complex litigation such as product liability and mass tort actions. He received a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and juris doctor from St. John’s University.

O’Reilly represents clients in a broad range of construction disputes. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Clark University, a master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University, and his juris doctor, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law.

Calkins concentrates on complex business litigation, including intellectual property, unfair competition, securities and contracts. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a juris doctor from Loyola Law School.
