Also speaking at the session is author of California’s harassment training law and the legal affairs secretary for the organization responsible for adopting the regulation, the Fair Employment and Housing Commission (FEHC).

California’s harassment training law, originally passed in 2004 with final regulations adopted in late 2006, is the first of its kind to outline the requirements of a truly effective training program.
