Visa USA Hosts Conference Call with Michael Phelps and Katie Hoff Following Record-Breaking World Championship Performances

WHAT: Olympic partner Visa USA provides media access to Michael
Phelps and Katie Hoff following their dominant FINA World
Championship performances as they prepare for the Beijing
2008 Olympic Games. More immediately, Phelps and Hoff will
participate in a goodwill tour of China next week
(April 8 – 13) to grow the sport of swimming and raise
awareness for the Special Olympics and the Special Olympics
World Summer Games in October 2007.
Phelps and Hoff are members of the Visa Gold Medal Athlete
Team. Through this program, Visa provides financial support,
life skills training and valuable marketing exposure to
athletes in pursuit of their Olympic dreams. Visa has been a
