Jacobson holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Dominican University, a master’s degree in political science from Boston University and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Bar Association and the Health Law Council of the Cleveland Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys. Jacobson also serves on the boards of the Lorain County Civic Center Committee, the Lorain YWCA, the Lorain County Community Action Agency and the Editorial Board of Annals of Ophthalmology/Glaucoma.
Prior to joining Stark & Knoll, Jacobson was in private practice having served as a partner in two large regional law firms. She also served as general counsel for Forum Health in Youngstown, Ohio.
