London – LAWFUEL – The Law Newswire – DLA Piper’s Restructuring Group have been instructed by Grant Thornton after Mice Group Plc and certain of its UK subsidiaries were placed into administration on 6 June 2007
Mice’s shares were suspended at 6p on Tuesday, 5 June 2007. This followed a series of profit warnings earlier this year.
The group employs some 1,700 people across 70 companies in the UK, Europe and North America.
Stephen Halladay is leading DLA Piper’s team which includes, Finella Fogarty, Richard Chere and Lucy Skidmore.
