The Black Book of Outsourcing ranked the top 20 LPO vendors, which was determined by those who received the highest number of client ballots in the 2007 Black Book of Outsourcing vendor survey (April/May 2007). The vendors were rated by current clients on four aspects of senior management/leadership.

The Black Book of Outsourcing survey also found that Legal Process Outsourcing is projected to be the second fastest growing segment of the global outsourcing industry, estimated to increase dramatically from about $80 million in 2006 to approximately $4 billion by 2010. Employment in LPOs is also projected to grow to 32,000 next year, 40,000 by 2010, and 82,000 by 2015.
