LAWFUEL – The custody battle between distressed starlet Britney Spears and her former husband Kevin Federline is likely to heat up in court with one of Spears’ cousins to testify about her mothering skills.
The cousin, Alli Sims, has previously worked as an assistant to Britney Spears and was subpoened to appear to give what might amount to damning evidence about cousin Britney’s mothering skills and hard-partying, erratic behaviour.
Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has confirmed that the rapper wants Sims to give a deposition because she has “relevant information” to reveal to the court.
Kevin is hoping to gain sole custody of their two children Sean Preston and Jayden James, and is expected to claim that troubled Britney is an unfit mother.
