REED SMITH CROSBY HEAFEY ADDS KEY PLAYER IN CA
Reed Smith Crosby Heafey LLP today announced the addition of David Sturgeon-Garcia as a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. He specializes in financial services litigation, with a focus on defending lenders and other businesses in class actions and claims of unfair business practices under California¹s Business and Professions Code Sections 17200 and 17500.
A former chair of the mortgage banking group and the San Francisco litigation group at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, Mr. Sturgeon-Garcia is the most recent addition to Reed Smith’s rapidly growing California Financial Services practice.
