Sophie Mentink – Corporate Counsel, Fonterra

Sophie Mentink arrived at Fonterra on secondment and after working for two-and-a-half years at Russell McVeagh.

Joining the Fonterra team in 2021 she has worked on building relationships with key stakeholders in the dairy giant, as well as honing commercial skills within the large team.

She has also become a committee member at the In House Law Association and continues to develop a growing reputation as both an effective in-house lawyer in a large commercial organisation, as well as someone who has built a strong network with junior lawyers and others seeking opportunities in the in-house legal community.In-House Power Lawyer –
