LAWFUEL- The Legal Newswire – Statement from US Attorney, LA – At a 9:30 hearing Monday morning, John McTiernan will ask Judge Fischer to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea. I am attaching our opposition to that motion, along with a declaration from McTiernan’s former attorney. I am also attaching McTiernan’s plea agreement, which was recently unsealed.
If Judge Fischer denies the motion, we expect McTiernan to be sentenced immediately.
