IRVINE, Calif. (September 26, 2007) – Joseph S. Stuart has joined Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, one of California’s leading full-service law firms, as a partner in the firm’s real estate practice group. Stuart will work from Luce Forward’s newly opened Orange County office.

Stuart is a seasoned real estate attorney, specializing in transactions for industrial, retail, office, residential and shopping center properties. Having spent the majority of his career in Orange County, Stuart has expert knowledge regarding the needs of his clients and the intricacies involved with practicing real estate law locally. Throughout his career, Stuart has handled approximately $2 billion in transactions in both Northern and Southern California, as well as Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington.
