DALLAS – LAWFUEL – US Legal Announcements Daily – Haynes and Boone has been recognized in “Who Protects Innovation in America 2007” by IP Law & Business magazine for its representation of some of the world’s most inventive companies.
The designation comes as a result of the firm’s intellectual property representation of clients ranked in BusinessWeek-Boston Consulting Group’s 2007 “World’s Most Innovative Companies” study. IP Law & Business then used legal and court records to determine which law firms are mentioned most as go-to firms for the top 50 designated corporations.
As set out in the survey, Haynes and Boone represents four of these top 50 designated corporations in either IP Litigation or patent prosecution matters.

“Who Protects Innovation in America 2007,” recognizes which U.S. law firms are prosecuting patents and pursuing IP litigation in the United States. IP Law & Business gathered the law firm names using Thomson West’s Litigation and IP Monitor from January 2007 through September 2007.
