Operating as Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP in the United States and Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge UK LLP in the United Kingdom, the merger secures the new firm’s placement within the Global and AmLaw 100 rankings of law firms. With over 600 attorneys, 11 offices and more than 30 practice areas, the firm will continue to be led by co-managing partners Terrence M. Finn and Charles E. DeWitt, both based in the firm’s Boston, MA office. The firm’s London office will continue to be managed by Laurence Harris as Partner-in-Charge. Mr. Harris served as Kendall Freeman’s Managing Partner for the past seven years. Both Mr. Harris and David Kendall will join the firm’s Executive Committee, which has representatives across the firm’s offices.
