On April 8 and 9, Cravath partner Jeffrey A. Smith will participate in the Sustainable Manufacturing Summit, to be held at the Art Instutue of Chicago, in which representatives from multinational companies will discuss issues relating to sustainable production and renewable energy. Jeff will serve on a panel entitled “Anticipating a Carbon-Constrained World”. Panelists will discuss existing and expected climate change policy and regulation.
