FEWA is a non-profit professional association dedicated to the development, ethics, and promotion of forensic consultants in all fields and disciplines. Members of the association provide expert counsel, analysis and testimony in cases nationwide. Fields represented, in addition to Human Resources and social/organizational psychology, range from computer science to construction, from explosives to electronics processing, and agriculture to advertising and sales.

Dr. McElfresh is the founder of HR Futures, an Human Resource (HR) consultancy addressing the “people problems of growth” through training, coaching, organizational design, and workforce diagnostics. He also provides litigation consulting in HR-related cases. Dr. McElfresh was the President and CEO of Saratoga Institute, and has served as the senior HR executive in several organizations. He has a Ph.D. from Boston College and a J.D. from Santa Clara University.
