Prominent Intellectual Property Partner and Associate Join McGuireWoods’ Brussels Office

Brussels, Belgium – LAWFUEL – McGuire Woods LLP announced that Paul Van den Bulck has joined its Belgium office as a partner. Marie de Bellefroid, an associate, has also joined the firm.

Van den Bulck focuses on legal issues concerning copyrights, trademarks, patents, design protection, biotechnology, media and entertainment, software and technology law, and fair trade practices. He serves as a training officer for the Intellectual Property Research Institute Henri-Desbois-Chamber of Commerce, Trade and Industry of Paris. He is also a lecturer at University Paris II Pantheon-Assas in France and for Telecom ParisTech. Additionally he serves as the Chairman of the Commission for Veterinarian Deontology of Pharma.be for the Belgian Pharmaceutical Industry Association.

de Bellefroid, focuses her practice on trademarks, patents, models, copyright, new technologies and media law. She has served as an attaché for the Minister Jos Chabert, during his office as Vice-President of the Brussels Parliament, and for, the Belgium Federal Senator Clotide Nyssens.
