HOUSTON – LAWFUEL – Legal Announcements – Ricardo Garcia-Moreno, an experienced corporate practitioner, has joined the Houston office of Haynes and Boone, LLP as a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Mr. Garcia-Moreno’s practice focuses on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions representing both purchasers and sellers, capital formation transactions involving venture capital financing, seller financing and private placements, public offerings of securities, and securities law compliance and filings for publicly held companies.
Mr. Garcia-Moreno also has a strong background in national and international public sports, entertainment and assembly facilities representation. He assists clients in matters including preparation and negotiation of facility management agreements, single event license agreements, multi-year license agreements with professional sports franchises, concession and branded products agreements, naming rights and various agreements with service and product providers.
Mr. Garcia-Moreno comes to Haynes and Boone from the Dallas-based firm of Winstead PC. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994. He earned a B.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas at Austin.
