24 April 2008 – LAWFUEL – Law Announcements & Deals – Linklaters has advised German Fund Manager HANSAInvest on the £136m acquisition of One London Wall, EC2 from Hammerson and joint venture partner Kajima. The 200,000 sq ft building was one of Hammerson’s largest London assets and is multi-let to a wide range of tenants.
HANSA is one of the oldest investment companies in Germany and manages assets of around £8bn in more than 33 public funds and 70 special funds.
Real estate partner Joe Conder led the Linklaters team which advised HANSAInvest.
