DALLAS (LAWFUEL) – Attorneys from Haynes and Boone, LLP have provided assistance to client American Airlines for the carrier’s recent inaugural flight to Moscow and in establishing a Moscow operations office.
Advising to American were Dallas partner Larry Pascal, Moscow partners Robert E. Langer and Sergei A. Lomako, and Moscow associates Svetlana Vorobyeva and Sergey Kalinkin. Working on the matter for American Airlines were AMR Corporation attorneys Otto Grunow and Steffen Horlacher, and paralegal Crucita Cortijo.

American Airlines began a new chapter in its 80-year history June 2 when it became the first U.S. air carrier to fly directly out of Chicago O’Hare International Airport to Moscow’s Domodedovo International Airport (DME).
The new route is being served using Boeing 777-200 aircraft, which seats 245 passengers in a three-class configuration. From Chicago, passengers will be able to make easy connections to more than 70 cities in 34 states and to Washington, D.C.
