With experience in corporate and securities transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and venture capital transactions, Grubman advises public and private clients in a range of industries, including technology, health care, industrial distribution and manufacturing, energy and telecommunications, among others. In addition to having worked on a variety of acquisition and disposition transactions, he has represented venture capital funds and emerging technology and growth companies in different stages of venture capital investment. Grubman also has counseled clients in public and private offerings of a variety of equity and debt securities.
