Dr Christian Wolf joins DLA Piper from Clifford Chance – Law Firm Newswire Service

Frankfurt – DLA Piper has appointed Dr Christian Wolf as counsel to its IP and Technology (IPT) practice in Frankfurt.

Christian joins DLA Piper from Clifford Chance’s Frankfurt office where he was an associate in the commercial litigation and arbitration practice. His litigation and arbitration experience will strengthen the IPT practice.

Christian advises banks and industrial enterprises on product liability, secured loans, and on acquisitions. With his product liability skills, he complements the patent infringement team which is headed by IPT partner Dr Julia Schönbohm.

Christian, 34, holds a JD (1999) and a doctor’s degree (2001) from Cologne University.
Christian will join DLA Piper in February 2009.
