Michelle Graham Joins Rapidly-Growing New York Office
NEW YORK (January 30 – LAWFUEL) – Kilpatrick Stockton, leading international law firm, announced today that Michelle Graham has joined the firm’s fast-growing New York office. Ms. Graham will serve as Counsel in Kilpatrick Stockton’s internationally-recognized Intellectual Property Department.
Ms. Graham is the seventh new attorney to join Kilpatrick Stockton’s New York office recently, including Former Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner, Fred Whitmer.
Ms. Graham focuses her practice on intellectual property matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, domain names and the internet, unfair competition, trade secrets, right of publicity and the First Amendment. She has extensive experience, both as external and internal counsel, advising global brand owners on copyright and trademark clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement issues. Ms. Graham routinely represents her clients in complex U.S. and foreign litigation, opposition and cancellation proceedings, including related appeals.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association – Trademark Committee.
Ms. Graham received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Graham was elected to the Order of the Coif; awarded the Howard M. Squadron Fellowship in Media, Law and Society; and the H. Bert and Ruth Mack Three-Year Academic Scholarship. She earned her M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and her B.A. from Columbia University.
