DLA Piper appoints new italian corporate partner

Milan – LawFuel Legal Newswire Service – DLA Piper has appointed Paolo Zamberletti as a partner in its Italian Corporate practice. He joins DLA Piper from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Milan office and will work closely with DLA Piper Corporate Location Head in Italy, Wolf Michael Kühne.

Paolo has over 11 years’ experience in Corporate M&A, joint ventures, and securities transactions, particularly in the energy and gas, financial, banking and real estate sectors. He advises Italian and international companies, and financial institutions on M&A and transactional work.

Paolo holds a law degree in jurisprudence from the State University of Milan (1996) and a LLM from the New York University School of Law, New York (2002).
