This mini RFID reader antenna has outstanding near-field performance and operates effectively at a maximum read distance of 7.5 cm. It has immunity to the RF-transmission limiting effects of items such as liquids, powders, and metallic packaging.
The UHF RFID reader antenna, model 326011, operates at 865 to 954MHz for use in both North America and Europe. This antenna depends on weakening far-field gain to minimize stray reads. It operates well between 0°C to 40°C and has an input power of 30dBm. The mini reader antenna uses a SMA female connector which requires an accessory cable to connect to an RFID reader’s RP-TNC connector. The antenna is an ideal choice for applications in access control, ticketing, document control, high-speed encoding stations, packaging lines or any application requiring high reliability and a constrained read zone.
