Lady Gaga is in court in respect of a three-year-old lawsuit relating to a claim from a former collaborator of the flamboyant entertainer, Wendy Starland and her boyfriend Rob Fusari, who claim she is owed money by the singer for discovering her.
And Lady Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Joanne-Angelina Germanotta, is wanting certain “sensitive, private and personal” information to be kept confidential and away from public scrutiny.
Lady Gaga has said she and Fusari are legally bound to keep the information private as part of a non-disparagement agreement.
Both Gaga and her former boyfriend dropped separate lawsuits they had filed against one another in 2010 over claims he had not been paid for “significantly contributing” to her career.
