BALTIMORE – LAWFUEL – March 26, 2008 A. Thomas Pedroni, Jr., a principal in the law firm of Ober|Kaler, has been chosen by Nightingale’s Healthcare News for its “Outstanding Physician Practice Lawyers – 2008” list. He is one of only ten lawyers from across the country selected for inclusion.
Mr. Pedroni practices in Ober|Kaler’s Health Law Group, bringing nearly two decades of health care experience. As a physician lawyer, he has provided counsel in the acquisitions of medical practices, ASCs, and ancillary services, and has advised physicians in new corporate practice of medical issues and management services agreement for non-clinical matters.
He is active in the American Health Lawyers Association and the American and Maryland Societies for Health Care Risk Management. He is a member of the Maryland State and Baltimore City Bar Associations.
Mr. Pedroni is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1979) and The Johns Hopkins University (B.A., with high honors, 1976). He resides in the Cedarcroft community of Baltimore.
