WASHINGTON, D.C. October 7, 2008 (LAWFUEL) – Firm Ober|Kaler is pleased to announce that Alan J. Arville has been selected by Nightingale’s Healthcare News for its 2008 ranking of “Outstanding Young Healthcare Lawyers.” Highly regarded by clients and colleagues, Mr. Arville is one of only twelve attorneys from across the nation selected for the list.
An associate in the firm’s Health Law Group, Mr. Arville focuses on transactional and regulatory law for the health care and nonprofit industry, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance, managed care contracting, fraud and abuse, tax exemption and health care licensing.
