ATLANTA (August 22) – LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Kilpatrick Stockton announced today that Henry Walker has joined the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Walker returns to the firm’s Atlanta office as a partner after serving as Chief Litigation Counsel for BellSouth Corporate and its successor, AT&T South.

While serving as BellSouth’s Chief Litigation Counsel, Mr. Walker managed a team of lawyers and paralegals responsible for a large and challenging litigation docket. He served as the Chair of the American Corporate Counsel Litigation Committee and was widely recognized as a leader among corporate counsel. He is a frequent speaker on litigation topics, including electronic discovery, class actions, and litigation management metrics.

Before joining BellSouth, Mr. Walker was a partner in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Litigation Department. His legal career includes extensive experience in high profile complex litigation matters, including class action, business tort, antitrust, securities fraud and intellectual property cases. Mr. Walker has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine.
Among many other professional activities, he is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors and a former President of the State Bar of Georgia Younger Lawyer’s Division.
