Our Baker & McKenzie Global Funds Group will be hosting a series of seminars in Asia Pacific, from 12 – 14 October 2010, to further discuss what the reforms mean for Asian and Australian managers. Addison Braendel (Partner, Chicago) and James Burdett (Partner, London) will lead the discussions.

· Will it be possible to operate effectively in the US or Europe without becoming registered in those jurisdictions?
· When will the various reforms become operative and what should Asian and Australian managers be doing now to prepare for them?
