Wu have joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as partners in the Real Estate Department. The new attorneys bring to nine the number of lawyers in Ballard’s Los Angeles office — its first on the West Coast — which opened in early September. Wu joins the Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Leasing, Real Estate Development and Resort and Hotel Groups. She concentrates her practice on representing institutional and individual investors with nationwide real estate portfolios in the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of portfolio assets.
