LAWFUEL – The legal Newswire – Hours after receiving a warning that she could lose her children, Britney Spears was partying, allegedly ‘off her head’, according to reports.
The court commissioner in the star’s child-custody dispute in Los Angeles called the 25-year-old pop star a “habitual” user in ordering her to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, the Boston globe reports.
On Monday, Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon required Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline to refrain from drinking or using drugs either in the presence of their children or within 12 hours before taking charge of them. Federline was not required to undergo testing.
Gordon said there was evidence Spears engaged in “habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol.”
