Michael J. Dougherty, a director in the firm’s Business Practice Group, provides general business counseling and advice, while focusing on complex commercial transactions including business formation and capitalization, financing, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Michael graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he obtained his J.D and summa cum laude from Loyola College where he acquired his B.A.
Maureen R. Jordan, a director in the firm’s Business Practice Group, concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, focusing on development, leasing, financing, acquisitions and sales transactions, public finance and corporate transactions. Maureen received her J.D. (cum laude) from the Duquesne University School of Law and a B.A. from Grove City College.
Christopher E. Myers, a director in the firm’s Business Practice Group, provides general business counseling and advice, while focusing on mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical and biotech licensing arrangements and other complex commercial transactions. Chris received his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law and a B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
David F. Russey, a director in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation. David received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A., international relations with honors, from Johns Hopkins University.
