For more than 30 years, Mr. Hassan practiced law with Lord, Bissell & Brook. At Butler Rubin, Mr. Hassan will be part of the business litigation group which serves the firm’s insurance and reinsurance clients with their complex commercial litigation needs.
Mr. Hassan joined Lord Bissell in 1974 after graduation from Princeton University (1970) and the University of Chicago Law School (1974). He worked briefly for a law firm in Nashville, TN, returned to Lord Bissell in 1977 and became a partner there in 1983. He served as chairman of the firm’s Business Litigation Department from 2001 through 2004.
