Cash H. Mischka, Cleveland office, practices in the firm’s Litigation Group. His areas of practice include Employment & Labor, Mass Tort/Occupational Exposure, Product Liability, Professional Liability, and Workers’ Compensation. Additional practice areas include Pharmaceutical and Medical Device & Mass Tort Litigation. He is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation and is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations. Cash earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University (1990) and an undergraduate degree from Columbia University (1985).

Gina M. Saelinger, Cincinnati office, practices in the firm’s Litigation Group. Her areas of practice include Pharmaceutical Defense Litigation, Medical Device & Mass Tort Litigation, Product Liability, Class Actions, and Mass Tort/Occupational Exposure. She is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky, and Cincinnati Bar Associations. Gina received her law degree in 1993 from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (Order of the Coif) and an undergraduate degree in 1990 from Xavier University (Summa Cum Laude).

Denise M. Smith, Cincinnati office, practices in the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Mass Tort Litigation, and Product Liability practice groups. She is an active member of DRI and is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky, as well as the United States Supreme Court and various federal district courts. Denise received her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University (1996, Magna Cum Laude) and an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisville (1993, Cum Laude).

Patrick J. Tulley, Cleveland office, practices in the firm’s Business, Tax, and Trusts & Estates Groups. His specific practice areas include Probate & Trust Administration, Estate & Succession Planning, Estate & Gift Taxation and Probate & Trust Litigation. He is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law and is a member of the American, Ohio State, Cleveland and Lake County Bar Associations and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Patrick received his master of laws in taxation in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University, his JD in 1994 from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (Cum Laude) and an undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University in 1988.

In other news, Ulmer & Berne announced the re-election of Kip Reader to a three-year term as managing partner. Kip, only the fourth managing partner in Ulmer & Berne’s 95-year history, was first named to this position in 1995.

Robert Fein, a partner in the Business Law Group and chair of the firm’s Finance Committee, was also re-elected to another three-year term on the firm’s Management Committee.
