CLEVELAND- LAWFUEL – US Legal News Network -Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today that one of its attorneys, Stephanie E. Kennedy, was appointed as Secretary to the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Entrepreneurship Preparatory School.

The school, referred to as E-Prep, opened its doors for the first time this year on August 23, 2006 to 125 sixth graders and 13 staff. E-Prep is a charter school that is an outgrowth of the E-CITY after-school and summer program for children from low-income families, which was founded by John Zitzner, former president and CEO of Bradley Company, a Cleveland-based software firm. The school plans to add one grade per year, growing to 500 students by 2013. The new charter school will be open year-round and promises every graduate will gain admittance to a four-year college.
