LAWFUEL – The international law firm Clifford Chance advised GOB Werfthaus GmbH & Co. KG, Eschborn, on the sale of the “Werfthaus” office project on Frankfurt’s Westhafen to SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH. GOB Werfthaus is an affiliate of OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH and Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, which jointly developed the office property on the bank of the river Main. Construction for the Werfthaus is scheduled to commence in spring 2008.
The Werfthaus will have approximately 15,300m² above-ground gross floor area and a three-storey underground garage with approximately 200 parking spaces.
SEB will hand over the building upon completion at the end of 2009 to the real estate portfolio of SEB ImmoInvest, an open-end real estate investment fund.
