Covington & Burling recently assisted JLG Industries in its acquisition of OmniQuip, a division of Textron. JLG purchased the assets of OmniQuip, which include all operations relating to the Sky Trak® and Lull® brand telehandler products for the price of $100 million. The acquisition and subsequent integration of the Sky Trak and Lull products will further enhance JLG’s strong position within the access industry.
