(Dallas) – June 15 – LAWFUEL – The Law News Network – The Dallas law firm of Shackelford, Melton & McKinley, LLP, is pleased to announce that Charles Fiscus has joined as a partner in the firm’s real estate section.
Mr. Fiscus’ practice focuses on real estate litigation, title insurance claims and landlord/tenant law. He also has significant transactional experience, including construction, lease, purchase and sale documentation for commercial and residential real estate.
“The real estate market, especially in Dallas, is taking on many dimensions,” says name partner John Shackelford. “And with that comes new legal issues for clients. Charles is one of the most sought-after real estate attorneys in the area, and adding him instantly bolsters our firm’s practice.”
