New York – June 9, 2008 (LAWFUEL) – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Providence Equity Partners and its portfolio company US Investigations Services, Inc. (USIS) in USIS’ definitive agreement to merge with HireRight, Inc. through a transaction valued at approximately $195 million. HireRight, a NASDAQ-listed company, will be combined with USIS’ Commercial Services Division.
