New York and London – September 20, 2010 – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP today announced that David Innes will join the firm as a Partner in its London office, expanding the firm’s private equity transactional practice. David joins Debevoise from Travers Smith, where he has been a partner since 2000 specializing in private equity and M&A.
At Debevoise, David will continue to focus on private equity transactional work in the UK and Europe. He is a recognized leader in private equity, having represented clients in some of the most prominent transactions over recent years, including one of the largest buyouts in the UK thus far in 2010.
