DLA Piper Expands French Finance And Projects Law Practice

Paris – DLA Piper has appointed David Duchosal as of counsel in its Finance and Projects practice group in France. His appointment will further support the growth of the Paris office, which has seen nine new partners join since November 2007, including Finance and Projects partners Véronique Collin and Clotilde Dirnat.

David specialises in finance operations, advising clients on real estate, acquisition, leveraged and structured finance, as well as PPPs, infrastructure and projects finance. His clients include major French and international financial institutions.

Prior to his joining DLA Piper, David founded De Gaulle Fleurance et Associés’ banking and finance practice in 2006. His management experience will be of huge beneficial DLA Piper as it further expands the Finance and Projects practice group.

David, 40, holds a PhD from the University of Paris II – Panthéon Assas and has a degree from the Institut d’Études Politiques of Aix en Provence in France.
