Eversheds advises on the sale of Willis Gambier – UK Business

LawFuel – International law firm Eversheds has advised on the administration of Willis Gambier, a British furniture importer and supplier of premium-quality furniture to major national and independent retailers such as John Lewis and House of Fraser. Eversheds advised the Bank of Scotland and PricewaterhouseCoopers in which it achieved a sale to Chinese Manufacturer Lacquer Craft, that has saved around 130 jobs.
The deal included advice from Eversheds’ restructuring, real estate and employment teams.
