Rosemont Advisors is a strategy and management consultant firm set up to advise law firms and other professional services firms across various sectors, including strategic reviews and implementation, business planning, recruitment process design, growth management, team reviews and optimisation, compensation structures and reviews, succession planning and coaching.
A former partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP Marchant held numerous management roles including member of the firm’s executive committee, elected board member, Global M&A Co-Chair.
