LAWFUEL – The Legal Newswire – Denton Wilde Sapte has expanded its Paris office’s capabilities with two lateral partner hires, one partner promotion, and the transfer of a partner from London.
Jean-Victor Annicchiarico joins the office to head up the Real Estate department, having acted as Real Estate and Property Development head at Chaintrier & Associés. Jean-Victor’s expertise covers real estate investment and financing projects, portfolio management and construction projects.
Emmanuel Vergnaud joins the office’s four partner Corporate department from Ashurst, where he specialized in Private Equity work, as well as cross-border and national corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Bruno Leroy has headed the office’s Tax department for several months already, and was promoted to the firm’s partnership from 1 September. He is experienced in corporate and international tax matters, and also works on litigation matters.
Howard Barrie moved to the Paris office in August, and will act as the senior English lawyer in the Paris Banking department. Howard is a leading Project Finance expert, as well as the Head of the firm’s Africa Group, and will coordinate the firm’s activities in French- and English-speaking sub-Saharan countries.
