Haynes and Boone Continues Expansion of Energy and Power Practice with Addition of New Partner

DALLAS (LAWFUEL) – Haynes and Boone, LLP has added Mark Mathews to its growing Energy and Power Practice Group. Mathews joins Haynes and Boone as a partner in the Houston office.

Mathews brings almost 20 years of experience to Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on transactional and litigation work in energy related matters. He represents large companies in exploration, production, drilling and oilfield services in matters involving acquisitions and divestitures, exploration and development agreements, master services contracts and drilling-related matters.

Mathews is a member of the State Bar of Texas and its Oil, Gas and Energy Resources law section, the Houston Bar Association and its Oil, Gas and Mineral law section, and the American Association of Professional Landmen. He earned his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and his B.B.A. in land management from the University of Oklahoma. He comes to Haynes and Boone from Adams and Reese, LLP.
