Insurance Attorney Drew Bagot Joins Cowles & Thompson

Mr. Bagot has more than 35 years of experience working with clients in the insurance industry on important legal matters, including company formation, acquisition, regulation, compliance and licensing issues. He also represents insurance industry clients in receiverships, wind-downs, rehabilitations, liquidations and commercial insurance and re-insurance litigation.

Mr. Bagot’s expertise also includes representing health care sector clients in corporate, administrative and regulatory matters; commercial and business litigation; physician practice management agreements; physician practice groups; and health care financing and reorganization.

He earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1973 following his graduation from the SMU Cox School of Business in 1970.
