Mr. Kuhnell advises clients on a wide variety of IP matters including patents, trademarks and copyrights. He prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications. Mr. Kuhnell also drafts various intellectual property agreements involving licensing, consulting, confidentiality and settlement. In addition, he holds extensive patent litigation experience in federal court and before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Kuhnell was previously with the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP.
