January 10, 2007 – Hong Kong – LAWFUEL – The international law firm Jones Day announced today David Neuville is joining the Firm’s capital markets practice from Simmons & Simmons. Mr. Neuville has been practicing U.S. securities law in Hong Kong since 1994.

During his 13 years in Hong Kong, Mr. Neuville has represented issuers and underwriters in equity and debt securities offerings by companies based in China, India, Taiwan, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Thailand, among other places. Recently, he has acted as U.S. counsel for the underwriters in equity offerings by China Communications Construction Company Limited (raising US$2.4 billion) and Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd. (US$275 million) and U.S. counsel for the issuer in the US$420 million equity offering by China Communications Services Corporation Limited and the US$200 million offering of high yield notes by Parkson Retail Group Limited. Before joining Simmons & Simmons, Mr. Neuville was an international partner in Hong Kong with Baker & McKenzie.
